People throwing clouds of coloured powder at a daytime community festival

For community events

Small team. Big turnout.

Fun runs, fundraisers, awards nights, workshops and family days. Ticketing that doesn’t need a committee meeting — set it up on your phone, share the link, and watch the numbers come in.

Free tickets, done properly

Free to attend. Free to run.

A free event still needs a headcount, a capacity and a list at the door. Free tickets hold a place, scan at the gate and carry no platform fee at all.

  • Registration with only the details you actually need
  • Capacity and a waitlist, so the hall isn’t over-full
  • Mix free and paid — a free family day with a paid barbecue ticket
  • Optional donation ticket type for fundraisers

When plans change

Rain, illness, a double-booked hall. Handled.

Postpone and every ticket moves with the date. Cancel and refund everyone in one job. Either way you see exactly what will happen before it does — and every buyer hears from you automatically.

  • Refund one ticket, one order, or everyone
  • Preview the numbers before a bulk refund runs
  • Refunded tickets stop scanning instantly
  • Buyers are emailed with the reason you give

Everyone, one ticket type, one day, or people who haven’t checked in yet.

Test send first

Send it to yourself, read it on your phone, then schedule or send.

See it land

Delivered, bounced or complained — per recipient, with bounces suppressed automatically.

Community questions

Straight answers.

We’re a volunteer committee. How much admin is this?

Creating an event takes about ten minutes on a phone. After that, sales, tickets and emails happen on their own. Refunds are a tap. You’ll spend more time on the raffle prizes.

Our event is free. What does it cost?

Nothing. Free tickets carry no platform fee. If you add a paid ticket type later, only paid tickets are charged.

Can we collect donations?

Yes — add a donation ticket type at a set amount alongside your free or paid tickets. It settles into your own payment account like any other sale.

Do we need a bank account with a particular provider?

You connect a payment account during set-up — an existing one or a new one created in a few minutes. Ticket money is paid into it directly. We never ask for card details or account secrets to be pasted anywhere.
